Malaysia, monsoon season is HERE!!


Monsoon season is here, what is monsoon season? Its season of the year that i really hate, and im sure some of you is also agree with me. Monsoon season is season that used to rainy, and strong wind blow.

When this type of day always happening around, so our immunity system kind of low and digestive system become weak. That's why we easily to get flu, common cold, typhoid, malaria, cholera, diarrhea, food poisoning.

Here some tips to keep fit in this monsoon season guys!
1. Have a enough sleep at night. Its really important for your body mechanism as well.
2. Eat healthy, because the rainy season is notorious for bringing with it a host of viral, fungal and food-borne illnesses.
3. Keep exercise because it can keep your body warm up, mind your workout and enjoy!
