Guyss...which one is better??? Google Chrome..Mozilla or IE??

Actually..i have some problem with uploading picture..i dont know why. Anybody have been this experience??? if u r..plss...tell me how to solve it. If u think that other browser is better form i list above..tell me wat it is n why. TQ.
